Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NW - Hwy 290 Cypress, an IHG Hotel

The hospitality once entering the hotel was wonderful along with the amenities. It was clean and quiet which what is needed after a long day of traveling. The hotel room itself was clean and perfect. The shower/bathroom as well as stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, make up remover, etc just in case if you forgot anything. We stayed in a 1-bedroom queen that was well put together. It was nice staying at a place where you know you were taken cared of.

Upon arrival. The Desk Personnel made the check in process expedient. Very good customer service. The facility was well lit and has modern features. The rooms were clean, fresh and equipped with A Keurig, microwave, iron, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had everything that you needed for hygiene. Breakfast was delicious and there were multiple options. Overall stay would be 9.7 Definitely would stay again.

Food was great and staff were approachable. New hotel. There is a good Taco food truck just beside it.

My family and I checked in after 7. Decided we wanted to go to the pool. So we did and as soon as we came out the door some one out side was smoking Marijuana. Told the front desk about it. She said there was nothing she could do because it was the smoking section. Drugs are unacceptable. People need to learn to respect others. I'm respectfully won't be back to this hotel again.

The price of the room was reasonable. The bed was comfy, and I slept rather well. The staff was very accommodating. The lobby was very nice, and it helped that their business center had 24 hr access..
