The hospitality once entering the hotel was wonderful along with the amenities. It was clean and quiet which what is needed after a long day of traveling. The hotel room itself was clean and perfect. The shower/bathroom as well as stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, make up remover, etc just in case if you forgot anything. We stayed in a 1-bedroom queen that was well put together. It was nice staying at a place where you know you were taken cared of.

Our room and other common areas were clean and well maintained. The breakfast had typical offerings as most hotels and gave those staying at the hotel and good meal to start the day. The area for breakfast was well stocked and kept very clean. The ladies who greeted us as we checked in and out, were personable and helpful. We could not be happier with our selection of an excellent hotel. The area around the hotel was well lighted and seemed very safe.

Location was great! It's off the main highway..It's walkable to Starbucks across the street. I'm very picky of hotels I stay in. I'm all about cleanliness!. This Holiday Inn, I find to be very nice. Bed was comfortable, room very clean! and quiet. Plenty of parking that I could see. Rooms were sold out after I checked in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming 🙏

The room was comfortable and had what we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the customer service was great! Having a pool, gym and a laundry room was awesome. Even though the hotel was packed, parking was not an issue which was nice. Check in and out was a very simple process.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and modern, but the customer service left much to be desired. When we ran out of body wash, we had to call several times and waited almost an hour without any response. My husband had to visit the reception desk twice, and only on his second trip was he finally given the body wash. Despite this disappointing experience, I would still recommend the hotel.

Upon arrival. The Desk Personnel made the check in process expedient. Very good customer service. The facility was well lit and has modern features. The rooms were clean, fresh and equipped with A Keurig, microwave, iron, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had everything that you needed for hygiene. Breakfast was delicious and there were multiple options. Overall stay would be 9.7 Definitely would stay again.

Front desk female made our stay amazing, she was very nice, friendly also made us feel so Welcome to be in Texas. From us Hawaii people we would like to say MAHALO to your employee. I forgot her name.
